Does caste system influencing all social issues? If so then how does it affecting or influencing the issues and how can we work on evolution towards the same?
- Mr. Jugal said, Yes, caste system plays a major role in influencing most of the social problems. And he had faced and affected by the same. He has a strong determination to avoid the transfer this perspective to the future generation. If this transition has eradicated, then it will the good progress towards a healthy society.
- Mr. Francis shared that he is still dangling to find the source of factor of the reservation system comes into an act. He felt that, the females are getting affected by the caste system in their personal life. Females are often used as strategy tool to promotion the caste.
- Mr. Saravanan has shared his personal wisdom towards youngster’s wrong understanding about the reservation system.
- Ms. Punitha said, females are prevailed to follow their partner’s religion even in inter- caste marriage.
- Ms. Pragathi shared her view that, it will be good, if the education system followed the basis of merit rather than reservation system.
- Mr. Siva Mathiyazhagan has concluded the reflection session with how the reservation system has constructed, what are the percentage divisions, how this percentage impacting the system and how can we change our perspective towards reservation system.
