Career Guidance

Since its start in 2008, the Career Guidance program at MUGHIL Social Welfare Organisation and TYCL aims to support our program volunteers in attaining their career and professional goals. This maintains a system of two-way growth, whereby in exchange for the valuable time our volunteers contribute to our students’ development, we offer, instead of monetary compensation, knowledge and skills from professionals to help them move towards their future careers. While our focus is on our volunteers, the Career Guidance program also assists certain deserving students as well. We help them secure jobs in reputable companies through connections with professionals who currently represent various companies including TCS, Flipkart, Cerner, Twitter, Pramati, Accenture, MRF, and Brocade.
